STREET OF DREAMS JR. THEATRE
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST JR.

The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.

FINAL CAST LISTS!!!

Thank you to all who auditioned over the past two weeks.  We had more Dreamers audition than ever before and the talent was outstanding.  This was a very difficult show to cast and that is in large part because of the talent and effort the Dreamers put forth.

We are excited to once again have enough Dreamers that we are able to double cast this show:  Dreamers cast and Believers cast.  With that being said, due to COVID, we are limited to 30 Dreamers per cast.  We kept all siblings together but we may not have been able to accommodate friend groups.  We did the best we could and wanted to give the best opportunity to your Dreamer.  We are unable to swap casts due to COVID.

Please be sure to check BOTH cast lists (DREAMERS AND BELIEVERS) as some Dreamers may be in both casts, some may not.  Some cast members may be covering multiple roles, so please check for this as well.

Our first rehearsal will be held on Friday, September 18 at 7:00 - 8:30.  Don’t forget you are all expected to attend Drama class from 6:00 - 7:00 every Friday.  This includes September 18.  You will receive a rehearsal calendar at our first rehearsal.  Your contracts and fees are due as well.

Once you receive the rehearsal calendar, please let us know of any additional conflicts you may have.
If anyone is declining their role, we need to know that as soon as possible, but no later than this Wednesday, September 16.  In the history of SOD Jr. Theatre, we have never had someone decline a role!  We are excited to keep that tradition going.

Please let us know if you have any questions.  We look forward to seeing this show come to life!

We invite you to Be Our Guest!
